Once the product has shipped, ID's Management & Resources cannot be accountable for lost, damaged or delayed packages that were shipped on time. Since we rely on the carrier, additional insurance for your item can be added for a nominal fee set by the carrier. If damages are incurred, please provide photographs and a claim will be filed with the carrier. Once the claim is processed and approved by the carrier, the refund issued by the carrier will be forwarded to you.
ID's Management & Resources cannot be responsible for broken cookies, lost and/or misrouted packages or packages that are delayed due to inclement weather. Packages that need a guaranteed delivery date within less than a two-week delivery period, should be purchased using Express shipping, which is an additional cost.
